Overview

Mistakes happen. Maybe you typo’d the description, or the condition changed, or you need to add a photo. Editing lets you fix it without deleting and re-adding. Just make sure the distribution hasn’t locked the asset yet—once it’s assigned, you might need to handle it differently.

Steps

  1. Go to Asset Management.
  2. Find the asset and click Edit (or the pencil icon).
  3. Update the fields you need: name, description, category, condition, value, photos.
  4. Save. Changes apply immediately for anyone who hasn’t submitted rankings yet.

If the distribution is already running, check whether the asset is in a “locked” state—editing might be restricted for items that are mid-assignment.
