Overview

Not everything goes into every distribution. Maybe some items are already spoken for, or you’re running a “round 1” with just the big-ticket stuff. Excluding keeps assets in the catalog but out of the current round.

Steps

  1. When setting up a distribution, look for Exclude Assets or Asset Exclusions.
  2. Select which assets to exclude from this round.
  3. Excluded items won’t appear in the liking/ranking phase for this distribution.
  4. They stay in the estate—you can include them in a future round.

You can also archive assets entirely if they’re permanently out of play.
