Excluding Assets from a Round

Overview

Not every asset goes into every round. Maybe you’re doing “round 1: furniture” and saving jewelry for later. Or some items are already spoken for. Excluding keeps them out of this distribution without archiving.

Steps

1. During distribution setup, find Exclude Assets or Asset Exclusions.
2. Select the assets you want to leave out of this round.
3. Save. Those items won’t appear in the browse or ranking list for this distribution.
4. They stay in the estate—include them in a future round if you want.

Different from archiving: excluded assets are still “active” in the catalog, just not in this particular round.
