Overview
When a member disagrees with an assignment, they can file a dispute. You review it, hear them out, and decide: uphold the assignment or override it. Maybe someone thinks the algorithm got it wrong, or they have new information. Your job is to be fair and consistent.
Steps
- Go to Distribution → Disputes (or the dispute queue).
- See pending disputes—who disputed what, and their reason.
- Review the original assignment reasoning.
- Decide: Uphold (keep the assignment) or Override (reassign to the disputing member or someone else).
- Add a note explaining your decision.
- Resolve. The member gets notified.
Try to respond promptly—disputes can simmer if left hanging.
