Liking Phase Setup

Overview

The liking phase is when members browse, like items, rank their favorites, and call dibs. You set when it starts and ends. Maybe you want a week for a small estate, or three weeks when people are scattered across time zones.

Steps

1. In the distribution setup, set the start date for the liking phase.
2. Set the end date—after this, no more ranking or dibs (unless you have a grace period).
3. Optionally set a grace period (e.g., 24 hours) for late submissions.
4. Ensure members are notified—reminders help people actually participate.

Once the phase ends, you move to conflict resolution (automated) or live selection (traditional).
