Reviewing Assignments

Overview

After the algorithm runs (or after a live selection), you get a list of who got what. Reviewing lets you spot mistakes, check fairness, and override if something’s off. Maybe the algorithm gave the wrong person an item, or you have context the system doesn’t.

Steps

1. Go to Distribution → Review (or Automated Review / Settlement Review).
2. Browse assignments by member or by asset.
3. Read the reasoning for each decision—the algorithm explains why it chose that person.
4. Use Override if you need to reassign an item.
5. Check fairness metrics (value balance, item count) if your setup shows them.
6. When you’re happy, proceed to settlement review and publish.
