Method
- Traditional — Live selection. Set the order (by role, manual, or random) and run the session.
- Automated — Algorithm runs after the liking phase. No live session.
Timeline
- Start date — When members can begin liking and ranking.
- End date — When the phase closes.
- Grace period — Extra hours after the end date for stragglers (optional).
Alerts
- Configure reminders: X days before start, X hours before end, etc.
- Members get email (and optionally SMS/push) based on their notification preferences.
