Overview

Every assignment comes with a confidence score—how certain the algorithm is that you’re the right person for that item. Maybe you’re wondering what the number means, or why some assignments are highlighted.

What the Scores Mean

  • 100%: Only you wanted it. Guaranteed—no conflict.
  • 85–95%: Clear decision based on the rules. Algorithm is confident.
  • 70–84%: Close call. Decision made, but it was tight.
  • Under 70%: Highlighted for your attention. Worth a second look—or a dispute if something’s off.

Why It Matters

Low confidence doesn’t mean the assignment is wrong—it just means multiple people wanted it and the tiebreaker had to pick. If the reasoning makes sense, you’re good. If it doesn’t, that’s when you dispute.
